How do I create sheet of labels with various text?

How do I create a sheet of labels (in Word) where each label has different
text. I want to see the blank sheet on my monitor, fill in the blanks, and
print it. I remember doing this by accident in Word>Tools>Envelopes&Labels,
but I can't remember how!

From the envelope label wizard, click 'new document'.

In the Labels dialog, click the button for New Document... You'll get a
sheet of labels that you can fill as you wish. Note that they are set up as
a table, so you must have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines)
in order to see the label boundaries.
