How do I create rules for a generic Microsoft Outlook 2003 mailbox?

When receiving an email in a shared (group) Mailbox ...I would like to
forward an email alert.

What have you looked at so far? Is this a beginning question or is this a
question about something that you have already tried and it doesn't work the
way you expect?
