Microsoft Publisher would be a better tool for this kind of stuff. If you
have PowerPoint slides created for the invitation, you might want to look at
Send To Publisher add-in at http://officeone.mvps.org/ppt2pub/ppt2pub.html
to sent the slides to publisher publication.
