How do I create fillable lines that do not move?

I am creating an application. I need to create sections like Name, address,
member number, etc. so that the lines are fillable,but do not move.

You'll need to explain what you mean here. "Move"???

I'm guessing that you'll want to create a Form based on your table and use it
to enter data, but otherwise I really don't understand what you're asking.
