How do i create and save my own colour palette?

Hi I have a few queries about Power Point.
1 How do a save my new colour palette for all future presentations and
remove all other default colours in the colour palette?

2 Also In my Master slide page there is a box 'Click to add subtitle. But
when I go to normal viewing an add a new slide I cannot edit the 'Click to
add subtitle box. Instead there is an additional white box that appears. How
do I solve this?
