How do I create an Outlook distribution List from an Access Table

I am using Access 2003 and need to create an Outlook Distribution List from
an Access table.
 
if it is a one off then you could always create a new folder to hold contact
info. then import the access file into this folder : mapping your fields when
asked. Then create the distribution list and add everyone from the folder
you just created.
