How do I create an insert picture button/control for word forms?

I am creating a word form which contains text form fields. When I have
finished creating the form I will use 'Protect form" to lock the document. I
will make it available for users to fill in their details into the text form
fields.

I would also like to include some kind of button/control that the user can
click to enable them to insert their own picture into the form without them
having to unlock the form and using insert picture.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
