How do I create an email Distribution list from a Category withi.

I have classified My Contacts within categories. I want build a distribtion
list that is pertinent to each category, is there an easy way to do this?
 
Use the By Category filter to get the list on the screen. Select all the
contacts withint that category and initiate a mail merge to write you email
message.
