How do I create an "add mtg to outlook calendar" link in a doc?

I'm using MS Office 2003, and I'd like to add an "add meeting to outlook
calendar" link to an email or a MS Office document.

Try saving the meeting as an iCalendar file (.ics) and including it as an
object in the document.
