How do I create a watermark in Word 2004 (Macintosh)?

I can't find any instructions for inserting a watermark in a Word 2004
document and I can't find any drop down menu that lists that option.

Word 2002 and 2003 have this feature at Format | Background | Printed
Watermark. Instructions for previous versions can be found in “HOW TO:
Create a Watermark in Word 97 and in Microsoft Word 2000†at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211324, and those methods will work in
any version. For a Mac-specific answer, try posting in one of the NGs at
