How do I create a Tool Tip/Screen Tip in a table in Word?

Hi Cynthia-

The closest thing Word has to offer is Insert>Comment, which is probably not
going to serve the purpose as well as you might prefer.

Anything more than that may be do-able with VBA, but that's out of my realm.
