How do I create a Table of Figures and table of tables in Word 200

I've already created a TOC and Table of Tables, but now want a Table of
Figures.
I created the headings using Insert Caption.
 
It should be analogous to creating a table of tables: Use the Table of
Figures tab of the Index and Tables dialog box. For "Caption label,"
choose "Figure" instead of "Table."
