How do I create a school graduation program booklet?

I need to create a program booklet and I am having the hardest time doing so.
I went to page setup so that I can set the pages to landscape and I also
selected to book fold option and I am not getting the effect I am looking
for. Please help.

.. I'm guessing portrait page setup with bookfold option will
give you the effect you want.
