the computer told me to do and switched to booklet form and blah blah blah
but when i type it doesn't appear to be a booklet. is there any way to see
the open pages like pages 2 nd 3 side by side??? i am totally computer

The document should print correctly as long as your document
contains a multiple of 4 pages. Word doesn't really show facing
pages on the screen very well, but you can achieve the effect by
changing to Print Layout view and reducing the zoom to about 50%
or so.

You can see facing pages in Print Preview (only) if you have enabled either
"Mirror margins" (Warning: Word reverses them when using "Book fold") or
"Different odd and even" headers and footers. You will need to set the Zoom
in Print Preview to "2 pages."

Have you done a search on Office Online for "weddings"? I know that the
Crabby Lady did an article on ten ways to save money planning your wedding
with Office or some such thing. A search of the templates using merely
"weddings" pulls up 72 or so items that can be used with for your wedding. I
will note here that about 80% of those templates are for Publisher. Of those
templates there was one that was for Word 2000 or better that was a wedding
program, (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC060897021033.aspx),
that might be useful to you.

If you have Publisher though, I would recommend using that versus Word. I
know that it looks pretty intimidating if you don't have a lot of computer
experience, but it's pretty easy to use and would actually make your life a
lot easier if you used it versus Word.

Hope that helps.
