How do I create a pull down menu with hyperlinks in Frontpage?

I'm not a very experienced user of Frontpage and I would like to put a list
of hyperlinks into a pull down menu, but can't figure out how to do it? Do I
need to be able to write code for this?

If you have Front Page 2003 and just want a dropdown box for the links "Jump
Menu" is the key word to look for in help.
OR Format | Behaviors will open the behaviors pane on the right of the main
window.

From there click on the Insert button and chose "Jump Menu" (new window)
then add the choices (with URL's) and arrange the order you want. (You might
want to add one with Chose One and NO URL as the first.
When done, reopen the dropdown by double clicking on it and then change
"Modify" the "Chose one" entry have that as selected and un-check the
specify value.

Now using this is easy. when you select a page you will be taken there. (a
GO button can be added but is not necessary)
