How do I create a Powerpoint comment like an Excel comment?

I want to create a 'comment' (text box really) for specific objects on a
Powerpoint slide that only appears when the user drags his cursor over that
object. (In similar fashion to the way that Excel comments work.) Thanks for
any help!

Hi Ward,
In PowerPoint, the "Reviewing" toolbar is not always readily
available. To bring up the "Reviewing" toolbar, go to the menu bar and
click on View-->Toolbars-->Reviewing. This will bring up the reviewing
toolbar.

Once the "Reviewing" toolbar is up, click on the object you wish to
place the comment on, then click on the "Insert Comment" button on the
"Reviewing" toolbar. Enter your comment. When the user places the cursor
over the comment, then the comment appears. If you want the comment to
appear on the object instead of to the side of it, you have to drag the
small yellow box onto the object.

I hope this helps.
