How do i create a marksheet gradebook template

get input for student s.no,exam no, name,no of subjects, name of subjects,max
mark in each subject, marks scored in each subject, and calculate
total,percentage,grade(based on percentage),rank to skip by 1 if 2 stud get
same mark,remark of teacher with teacher name, grade calculation should be
flexible (ie, 85% to 100% "O" grade then downwards should be customisable)
