how do i create a letter head

i want to make an invoice using excel and use a letter head, pls advise how
to do that?
 
You don't say what version of Excel you are using, but many versions have an
invoice template that can be modified. Check File > New > Speadsheet
Solutions (for Excel 2000).

You can also check the Downloads > Templates section on Microsoft's site for
additional invoice templates that may be better suited for your needs.

To add a logo for the letterhead, use Insert > Picture > From file.

Once you have finished any modifications to the file, use File > Save as and
under File type select Template (*.xlt) and save in your template folder
(probably C:\Documents and settings\[user name or All users]\Application
data\Microsoft\Templates)

Do you want a letterhead or an invoice, or both?

If you want to add a letterhead to your invoice, that's easy. Decide what
you want, and add it above the detail rows of the invoice. If you want to
include a logo, save the logo as a graphic file, and insert it with Insert,
Picture, From file.

Other than that, you need to be a lot more specific on what you wish to
achieve, before anyone can really be of assistance
