how do I create a handwritten signature?

I would like a facimile hand writen signature to my emails but do not know
how to do it and add it to my outlook account

You can scan in your signature so it will become an image. Then you can
insert it like any other image into your electronic signature.

especially given that emails can be intercepted and are not secure?
