How do I create a fax cover sheet from Outlook?

I used to use Outlook Express for e mail and Act for my contact manager.
Although I enjoy having everything integrated with Outlook, I miss being able
to easily write fax cover pages from Outlook's Contacts section. You can
write a letter, so there must be some way to create a template for fax cover
sheets. Does anyone know how to do this?

In any event, you Microsoft guys should add this feature. It shouldn't be
hard!
 
There are no "Microsoft guys" in here. This is a peer to peer group.
Can't you just save a merge document for reuse as a fax cover sheet?
 
Thanks for your response. That's what I finally figured out after going
through some of the other threads!
