How do I create a countdown in PowerPoint 2003

I need to insert a countdown clock into a PowerPoint 2003 Presentation...like
a score board which start at 20:00 minutes until it reach 00:00 minute.

I have a simple PPT which you can easily modify from one minute to whatever
you want ( 20 minutes or more / less). If you want it, send an e-mail to
a#v#a#n#p#o#p#p#e#l@g#m#a#i#l.com (Leave # away)
