countdown timer and microsoft powerpoint

how can i insert a countdown timer into powerpoint and can i hyperlink the
timer automatically so when it reaches 0, a new page appears...?

Mark,

You can make one yourself by creating several pages/slides and set the
'slide transition' to wait x amount of seconds to advance to the next slide.

Or there's some here... not free though!
