I have a problem I have not found in any FAQs. I use three different spread
sheets in my daily record keeping. On one I have a problem with font color. I
am familiar with the "Font Color" button, however when a certain spreadsheet
prints a large portion prints in purple(wrong) with the top ten percent and
bottom five percent in black (correct). Whenever the program is opened the
font color sets to Red. I have tried tools / preferences to set the color as
Black. but it wants to be Red. I have tried: Ctl-A then font color-Black,
This does not help. It is in the setup of this one Workbook as the other two
print in black. This color change is both Font and Grid Lines and does not
show on the screen, only when printed. Other print jobs are normal. ??

You might check 'Conditional Fromatting'.
Click on a cell that has the wrong color
Click on 'Format', 'Conditional Formatting...'
If there's anything in the 3 fields in this window, click 'Delete' at the
bottom of this window.
You may have some desirable conditional formatting (for the bottom 5%?) -
you can have up to 3 conditions.
In that case, click 'Delete' and you'll be prompted for which condition(s)
you want to delete.
