I have Internet Explorer. Is there any type of shortcut
and/or easy way to copy all the sites I entered into my
Restricted Sites Zone and place them elsewhere?

I can't copy and paste them onto WordPad or Microsoft
Word, for example. (I right-click it but it just
says "What's This"). I don't want to physically type each
and every one of them out manually (I have a LOT of sites
in the Restricted Sites Zone, it would take me forever.) I
want to keep a copy of this list handy just in case, you
know? Also, I want to make a list of the sites I entered
in Privacy ("cookie handling for individual websites").

Thank you for any replies or tips.

They are listed in the registry as sub-keys of this:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

Export this key and save it. This reg file can be viewed/edited with Notepad.

Note that the Trusted sites are also contained in this key (they use a different
DWORD value).

Supplemental:

You may want to look into the approach used in the following link. It is a
comprehensive list for the Restricted Zone that is already generated for you. I
don't know how it compares with your list. This list can be easily added or
removed without affecting the Trusted Zone list which shares the same registry
key.
