How do I copy my address book over to another package

I need to copy my address book from Outlook to use in tesco.net how do I do
this?
 
You can export to a CSV-comma separated values-file. Non Office programs
cannot read the PST file format. Might be more trouble than it's worth.
 
This question is for tesco.net. There is no address book in Outlook. You
would have to export your Contacts Folder to whatever format tesco.net tells
you it can import or use.
