how do I copy info on labels so I don't have to type each one?

I'm typing return addresses on Avery labels. It's been a while since I've
used this program. How do I "copy" the name and address to each label at one
time on the sheet so I don't have to copy each label separately? Thanks.

Did you try selecting the "Full page of the same label" radio button?
