how do I copy IE favorites list to flash

Can someone tell me how to copy my IE favorites list.

Open Internet Explorer
On the menu tool bar: click on File
On the resulting drop down menu: click on Import and Export
On the resulting popup: click on Export to a File
On the resulting popup: click on Favorites
On the resulting popup: select the Favorites folder and click on Next
On the resulting popup: specify the file to receive the data and click
on Export
