How Do I Copy a Website Page To A Sheet?

I want to copy all of the data on a
webpage and paste it to an Excel
spreadsheet
cell/range.

I have the hyperlink on the spreadsheet
and can click it with a macro, but I
can't copy the page in the macro. It
just stops when IE opens.

Would someone please offer a code
snippet to put me on the track?

Many thanks to all of you who scratched
your heads on my account. A number of
your ideas would indeed have provided a
solution, and I have carefully noted
them. I decided on the Saved Query
approach, in this case. It
automatically does the update each time
the sheet is opened, or more often as
desired.
