HOW DO I CONVERT R1C1 REFERECE STYLE SPREADSHEET TO AN A1 REFEREN.

Menu, Tools/Options/General/Settings - unselect R1C1

You must first pose your question in the body of a message and then stop
yelling (use of capitals)
 
Tools, Options, General tab and then uncheck setting for R1C1
