How do I convert an existing 2003 .pst to 97-2002 .pst?

Which steps are unclear? This way I can filter what you found unclear back
to Microsoft to see if they can make it better for users.
 
What in particular are you having a problem with? Those instructions are
about as detailed as they can get.
