I'm hoping to convert an Excel spreadsheet document into pdf format. I'm ok
with going through several different steps to achieve my goal. Thanks.

Hi
you'll need a PDF convert (e.g. Adobe Acrobat or try a Goodle search
for 'pdf converter'). These programs are then available in the printer
dialog

If you purchase Adobe Acrobat you can convert Excel to PDF.

However, AA gives you one file for each worksheet by default. There are
work-arounds to that feature.

I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here
at Dale Nurden's site.

Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf

Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets.

Also a cheap($9.95) PDF convertor here.

And see David McRitchie's site for more info.
