How do I convert Access 97 MDW to Access XP

I need help converting a database that someone else wrote for the livestock
association. Have changed from Office 97 to Office XP and am having trouble
with the workgroup administrator feature.

BTW, you should describe the problems / post the error messages in your
post. "Having problems" doesn't give any useful information for finding out
what's wrong and the possible solutions.
