How do I convert Access 97 Applications to Access 2003

I am trying to convert Access 97 Application to Access 2003 without first
converting it to Access 2000. Is there a quick way of converting the code so
that the update wizard will work ok in Access 2003.
 
Most Access 97 applications convert without problems. What specific problem
are you encountering?
