How do I control JPGs in a report

I have pictures in JPG format that I need to show in my report. Currently
the picture does display, but it does not resize it self to fit in the are
I've provided for the picture.

For example if my picture is say 10"x10" and my space on the report is set
to 2"x2". I might only see part of the face. The picture stays big and only
displays the smaller area.

How can I tell Access to fit the photo into the space provided?

If you are using an Image control or an OLE Frame control then simply
set the SizeMode property to Zoom.
