How do I connect to a datasource in MS access(XP) via MSword(XP)?

I have created a database in MS Access. Now I wish to create mailing labels
for the same . Earlier I was creating this thru MS Access'97 itself with an
option of mailing label wizard. I have tried a lot the same in MS Access XP
but could not find the option. So I wished to make labels in MS Word XP via
mail merge tool and thereby connecting it to a database that i made. But it
is not helping. Please help?
