how do i connect outlook from offline to online?

could someone pls tell me how to use outlook for my email. I don't know how
to set it up. Right now I have Verizon DSL. thank you

Not sure what you're asking or how online/offline fits into it. What kind of
mail account do you use, what version of Outlook, and what have you set up
already?

Call Verizon. They should be able to help you.
