How do I connect my Hotmail account to Outlook 2003 on my home PC.

I've been trying to connect / link my personal Hotmail account to Outlook
2003 on ym new PC. I tried the Add/ Remove procedure but when I send a test
e-mail an error message tells me I need to subscribe to MSN premium service?

Is that indeed the case?

Can I link Outlook 2003 e-mail to my Hotmail account w/out paying for it, am
I doing something incorrectly? I just want to send/receive e-mails from
Outlook is all.

Yep. You only need to subscribe to Hotmail's premium service
($20/year). You do NOT have to subscribe to MSN (unless you really want
to change to a different ISP). Dole out the money or find an
alternative freebie e-mail provider.
