How do I configure Outlook 2007 for Orange webmail account

I can receive mail but when sending I get 'unknown error 0x800ccc69' I've
tried every combination of settings but nothing seems to work
 
unless orange offers POP3 or IMAP, you can't use it. Outlook's HTTP service
only works with MSN/Live/Hotmail.
