How do I configure Outlook 2003 for Microsoft mail

i am currently running microsoft mail post office, will this work with
outllok 2003

Dear diamonds,

this is what Microsoft say:

"If you are upgrading from earlier Microsoft mail and calendaring programs,
you can no longer import MS Mail files to Outlook 2003 and you cannot share
information between Outlook 2003 and Schedule+."
