How do I complain about the Human Resources Manager?

Since the new HR Manager has been hired here in my office, I have continually
have had mistakes with my pay and have had a vacation day deducted that I
never took. I have never had a problem with my supervisor and just had an
excellent review given to me.

Shouldn't you be asking your supervisor with whom you've never had a
problem? Database programmers that hang out on a Microsoft tech support
newsgroup (muchless Microsoft itself) wouldn't know, or even care.
