How do I combine 2 contact folders in Outlook 2003

I just noticed that I have 2 contact folders, and they all have some
different names in them, I need to combine them. I have no idea how
that happened, but how do I combine both of them. I was trying to sync
with a Palm unit, and it is not picking up a certain name that is in
one of the folders. I thought maybe that I go into the specific view
that has the name, so it forces the sync with the displayed folder, but
it still doesn't pick this name when I sync.
 
I believe that this is not possible. But maybe someone can correct me
 
Can't you just copy the contents of one into the other? I'd copy into the
default Contact Folder if I were you.
