Actually this is two 500 GB HD's using a RAID 0 installation. So it sees it as one HD.
How large are these drives ? (C drive is 670GB ?)

Start/run/diskmgmt.msc
Look at the graphic for your drive.
Is the unallocated space adjacent to your C drive

If the free space is to the left, you have to slide the existing partition
to put the free space on the right.

You started out saying "my Windows is already 28 GB ".
Now you are saying that C is 670 GB and you are trying to add 15 GB.

Do you have two drives?
What size is the C partition?
What size is the drive containing the C partition?

:C is 670.75 GB D is 244 GB The unallocated free space is 15 GB
: That is next to the C: on the left side.

Yep! Acronis Disk Director 10.0.2160 will do it. Get it from
www.acronis.com. Make sure you register after you install it. You can't get
any upgrades unless you do.

Thanks, Richard, I have to check that out!
Again I appreciate your help on this.

Checked it out looks hard to do. I am considering Acronis Disk Director.
You started out saying "my Windows is already 28 GB ".

Yes it was 28 GB BEFORE System Restore points. The 15 GB was a partition to use for PC Backup but was too small.
Do you have two drives? Yes see my other message.
What size is the C partition? 670 GB
What size is the drive containing the C partition?
1 TB 2x500 GB RAID 0

Yes, this is the problem.

Hi Rick,
Well I tried the other thing buy deleting the C: partition and installing a Complete PC Backup from D:\But when I
deleted C: it said I couldn't use the D: cause it had to format it. It is on the same drive as a RAID 0 configuration.
Luckily I had a backup on my external HD so I used that. BUT it didn't delete the 15 GB free space for some reason and
all my backups are gone from D:\
