The forms border shape and color are determined by the display settings in
Control Panel. In my default Windows XP setting, the border is blue and the
top corners are "radiused." If I go into Control Panel and select Windows
Classic, the border is grey and the corners are angled.
If it's a big deal and worth some time and effort, you can probably do
something with the Windows APIs. To me, it's never been even a blip on my
radar screen, so I haven't pursued that.
