How do I clear the Field pulldowns after the data is cleared?

I am using a pivot table to present data. The old data will be cleared and
new data entered weekly. The data labels are remembering the previous data,
even after it is cleared. I have tried refresh, but that does not clear the
data. Can anyone help?
