Do what the message says...delete items you don't need. You don't have
to limit yourself to just the calendar.

Couple of choices. You can delete messages you no longer need, clean out
"Sent Messages", clean out "Deleted Items", or archive messages to a pst
file. You can also archive calendar items...sometimes meeting
invitations can contain attachments that can be large and are counted
against the storage limit.

In addition to Tim's excellent advice, if you're using Outlook 2003 or 2007,
convert your PST to Unicode. It appears you're using an ANSI PST, which has
a 2 GB limit.
