How do I clean out cookies, & Temp files?

Hi There:

Well, the "subject" just about sez it all.
Heres the whole problem...

I downloaded the new version of Photoshop CS 8.0 (it takes 7 hours to do that on a 56k) for a 30 day trial. Afterwords, I got some pop-up warning about contacting midrosoft. So I tried to uninstall the trial photoshop, and then reinstalled it. Only now, it says that my 30 days are over, and I never even once got to try it out. I thought that maybe it would help if I turned back my clock, but that didn't help it either. I thought that maybe me deleting all my cookies, and temporary internet files, that it might work. Only I forgot how to do that. I now have Win XP Pro, and I used to do it on Win 98 SE, I never actually did it on Win XP Pro. So thats why I'm asking how to get rid of all the cookies on my computer.

Also I still have Photoshop Ver. 7.0 on my computer, would that interfer with my trial version?
Please help.

Thank You in advance.

Give it My best shot

As best I know, you open up the internet. Go to the
Tools item on the top of the screen (right below the Blue
Bar at the top of the computer screen) and then select
Internet Options. Click on the button Delete Cookies,
then Delete Files, then Delete History.

This should clear all items, except those that are in the
Registry. That might prove to be a little more difficult.

Hope this helps.
