how do I change which cell becomes active when enter is pressed?

Currently, when I press enter, the active cell box goes down one cell. I want
to change that so the active cell is the one to the right of the cell I was
just working in. How do I do that?

on the 2003 menu bar
tools>options>edit tab>Move selection after enter>direction from the dropdown.
