How do I change users?

We have five email accounts and we cannot locate where to change user
accounts to view our own mail.
 
Start
Control panel
Double click: User accounts
Change user account.

You have a couple of choices - either give everyone their own login account
on the computer, or set up multiple mail profiles.

1. What version/mode/SP level of Outlook? (help | about)
2. What workstation OS version?
