How do I change time increments in appointment start/end time?

When setting up an appointment, how do I change the default start and end
time so that it is in hourly increments rather than 1/2 hour increments?

On your calendar right-click the timeline along the left side and change
it there. I think that will change the default increments in the
appointment form.
