How do I change the tab order for text form fields in Word?

I'm trying to create a form with text form fields for others to input info
once the form has been locked. The problem I'm having is when I lock the
form & begin tabing through the form fields, the fields are highlighted out
of order. How do I change the tab order for text form fields? Thanks.
